The evolution of the Kea Organic cookie has been like a long tramp, without DOC signposts pointing us in the right direction. Often when the signs were there, the walk took us much longer than the suggested time. We’ve reached the first stop on the way to our destination by blending organic coconut flours, organic coconut sugar and organic coconut oil with organic cocoa to give a smooth chocolate tasting cookie with just a hint of coconut.
