Prepare the crust

- Press this mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
- Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling. Prepare the Filling
- In a saucepan, combine fresh blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and the blueberries release their juice.
- Let the filling cool slightly. Assemble the tart
- Pour the blueberry filling into the prepared crust.
- Refrigerate the tart for at least a few hours until it sets. Serve
- Slice and enjoy the tart once it has set.
